Kimberly Gilmour is a Florida Certified Civil Circuit Mediator for circuit, county and family cases.  She is a U.S. District Court Southern District and Middle District of Florida certified mediator.  Kimberly is also a Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator and public arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), as well as the Better Business Bureau (BBB) – Auto Line.

In 2021, Kimberly successfully became a Florida Supreme Court certified Famliy Mediator.  During that year she also completed the Elder Mediation training and is an Eldercaring Coordinator.

Ms. Gilmour brings a keen understanding of the effect of conflict on a company’s bottom line as well as the benefits of mediation.  She has extensive mediation education and training and strives to aid both parties in reaching the best possible outcome and avoiding litigation.
